Wednesday, November 21, 2007 only after ymca that i realised that i'm weak. and really weak.the muscle cramps that occurs within me are so dreadful!! and it's only after 30 minutes of jogging. damn. imagine me doing more than that? sigh.... however, it feels good though! not only can i brush all my troubles away, i can go on a healthy diet, as well as burn the fats outta me. my arm, my back, my waist, my butt and my thighs!! well, jus 2 days of 30 minute jogs, my waist went down by 2cm. and i cant fathom how that's happening!! (yes yes, i know it's not a lot. but hello?! i havent been doing sport for a long long time!!! even walking for a while makes me tired. not to mention jogging/running.) hopefully, it'll go down much more before December. needa buy clothes and jeans! and i wanna be able to fit into my damn Tank-top with an awesome flat tummy that i'm sure will make me feel real good! woo~~ i'm excited. |
