Wednesday, September 28, 2005 i recently saw the news about students being sued for defamation. jus because they wrote something in their blog to express/vent their frustrations! goodness mi!! and by who? to think the mature are mature enough to actually think wat their doing! it's actually by their very own Principal!! Freaking hell!! Come on man! if their so narrow-minded as to sue their student jus because they commented something about their teachers, or principal.. they are plain childish!!To the EDUCATORS out there!! : Call yourself one? when you dun even think for your student's future? You're plain selfish!! jus by suing them for defamation, might cause them to feel that there's no place for them to express their feelings.. not saying there's no personal diaries.. But you see.. since internet is already so popular.. and so many students are using, of course, students will prefer to have their thoughts written online.. and share with others.. like their friends.. i definitely do not see the point of why it's sucha big deal.. Argh!! then, after all that i've written about that MELON SEE! am i going to get sued for defamation also? i mean, there's so many people out there who's writing about their teachers or whoever.. jus how are they going to arrest and sue all of them? have the court judges nothing to do? have the Police Force nothing more important than these to do? it's so silly and lame!! and i certainly mean LAME!! jus look at it!! it's so NOT practical to do these.. to waste their time on these trivial matters.. do you think it's worth it? i definitely dun!! also, students get suspended for writing their comments on their own blog.. and were FORCED to close their blogs, jus because of that.. We, students get suspended!! ok, wat if!! that particular student is a Secondary 4 student who's going to have his/her O levels that year.. and get suspended.. so, for that instance, we find ourselves having to rely on ourselves for our studies.. even if we do not understand that damn topic.. wat if, in the end, we fail our O levels, are those teachers and Principals going to blame us for failing? like wat the hell?!!!!! if it's so, why would that farking school need so many farking teachers?! Hire so many farking teachers for them to farking idle around? ridiculous!! no matter wat, they are to be blamed also!! Crazy arseholes!! it's so stupid la.. i mean, they cant benefit from anything also.. a whole bunch of students get suspended, overall O levels passing percentage and results get affected.. and once again, students get the entire blame!! also, have we, students, not have a free space for us to write and share comments on our own blog? i know, we cant say it's intruding our personal space, because, those FREE people out there, who likes to idle around people's blog, will say, " if you say we're intruding your personal space, then are your frenz not doing that? because they read your blog too?" another thing.. if we, ourselves comment something about this particular person, and we're going to be sued for defamation, is it so that, those who agreed with us, are going to get sued also? that's jus so freaking LAME!! read my lips, L-A-M-E!! |
